Are you wanting to getaway with some of your girlfriends? Here are some considerations. The first thing is to determine the number that are going as it does make a difference in the price as to how many are in the room, etc. Budget is another consideration and all need to agree on the amount (remember there is shopping and spa treatments that you don't want to dismiss). The destination is very important as some ladies only want to shop, others are very active and some just want to "veg". Be flexible on dates and try to leave on a Thursday rather than a weekend and come back on a Tuesday if possible for the best rates.
Working with a travel agent saves you countless hours on the internet, dosen't cost you any more to work with an agent and they will give you insight on the destination's activities, shopping, spas etc. Planniny about 3-6 months ahead of time gives everyone a chance to save, make monthly payments if need be and something to look forward too. When planning this far in advance I do recommend travel insurance which can be as low as $41pp and well worth it. We never know about our job situation, aging parents or weather conditions.
This is supposed to be a fun time for all so spend a little time on your own as too much togetherness might not be a good situation.
