A honeymoon couple booked their honeymoon package online and when they arrived to Cancun there was no one there to meet them and then it took over an hour to convince a van service to take them to their hotel. When they checked into the 4 star hotel is was "at best" a 2*. Trash was everywhere, room smelled of mildew-she sat down to cry on the bed only to find the sheets and mattress were wet from the moisture and mildew. There was mold growing on the curtains, walls and furniture. You can be sure that honeymoon will never be forgotten!!!
